2026 Participant Biographies

Some of you may know, or remember, me as April Rhaynes. This is me!!! I am a retired, older transgender woman 3 years into what transition will eventually be for me. Having met so many wonderful people at the 2025 Keystone Conference, and being so warmly welcomed, I volunteered, along with my wife, to hostess several dinners for 2026. I love being part of this amazing community and look forward to being able to help others in their journeys, no matter where they may fall on the gender spectrum. When we help lift others, we help lift ourselves!!
